In a press conference about Air Force One ahead of Biden's arrival to Brussels this Wednesday US the national security adviser Jake Sullivan said that Washington did not have evidence of Beijing helping Russia's military, however, the summits could help to coordinate policies with respect to China as the EU is hosting the summit with China in the coming week.
